RETURNS

 

 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.

 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
state where you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

 

 

Many types of products can not be returned. The goods
Perishable foods such as food, flowers or magazines can not be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids. your bank account again, then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a
delay before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a necessary processing time

Gifts

 

 

If the returned item was identified as a gift during the purchase and if you have been
sent directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your
return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be
sent by mail.If the item has not been identified as a gift upon purchase, or if the donor of the
gift preferred to first receive the item for you to offer it later we will send a

To return a product, you must send it by mail after contacting us for validation at contact@macx-up.com.

 

 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item.
Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund,
the return costs will be deducted from it. Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your product
may be exchanged.If you ship an item worth more than € 75, you should consider
to use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or subscribe to a
delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you
